The ten-page pattern (Growth, £2,995): home, up to four service pages, about, team, blog index, case-study index, contact, plus a booking or enquiry landing. The one-page pattern (Landing, £500): everything on one scrollable page, one CTA, one form, ten working days.

What “fixed price” actually means

One number on the pack. No hourly invoice at week five. Scope is written on a single page. Two rounds of copy tidy-up sit inside the pack. Photography, copywriting from scratch, and paid stock are quoted separately if you need them. Payment is 50 percent deposit, 50 percent on launch, by Stripe or bank transfer. If we go over scope, we quote a fixed-price add-on before we do the work, so you approve the number first.

Timeline

• Week 0: 20-minute scoping call, written quote back same working day.
• Week 1: deposit invoice, content and photo brief, first wireframe on staging.
• Weeks 2 to 3: build on staging, weekly link, one tidy-up round.
• Week 3 or 4: sign-off, DNS cutover, 30-day snag list free.

We do not sell ongoing SEO retainers, the site launches with the on-page fundamentals in the right place and you take it from there.

Polar Web is a young shop, so this is not a case-study wall yet. It is the shape of the small-business work we scope: independent cafes, plumbing and electrical outfits, single-partner accountants, dentists, dog groomers, tradesmen with two vans and a phone number. Starter or Growth pack, five to ten pages, launched inside three to six weeks. First live write-ups will appear on the portfolio page as the launches ship.

Small business FAQ

Do I have to write the copy myself?

No, we write the ring-town copy on the pack. You supply the source material (services list, about paragraph, testimonials, opening hours) and we shape it. If you would rather write it yourself, we drop the copy line-item and rebate £200.

What if I do not have photos?

Phone photos are usually fine, we crop and colour-correct on upload. If you want a proper shoot, we can recommend a Manchester or Warrington photographer at day rate. We will not fill a build with stock imagery, that fails the honesty test.

Can I move to a bigger pack later?

Yes, the credit from your Landing or Starter build rolls into the upgrade, so you only pay the difference. Same site, more pages, no rebuild.
